The Originals Tv series caught my eye but I haven't actually watched the series. I was wondering if I should read the books first before diving into the Tv series? Would it help to understand the series better? Which would you guys suggest I start with?

Debra Jo (Room of Required Reading Book Reviews) I would say no considering the show has been on for two seasons before the books were even created. It is one of my favorite shows to date.
