Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

B.T. Jaybush As cliche as it may sound, Astra came to me in a dream. A simple young girl, thrust into not only the life she longed for (doing Magic) but also onto the World stage as the only hope for the World's survival - I awoke, staring at the ceiling in the dark, and the rest of the situation flowed from there. I still have the original, two-page precis of Astra and Amedia's story; not all the details remain the same, but enough that it's a solid core for all that is and is to come.
