There doesn't appear to be any connection between Mahendra Trivedi and Swami Muktananda. In the video you linked here, it is the speaker's conjecture only that suggests Mahendra Trivedi is the teacher "after" Gurumayi. But why would the third teacher have come when Gurumayi, who Muktananda appointed, is still living?
