Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
I eat vegetarian most of the time, which prompted the overall concept of my most recent book, Meatless All Day. I also love LOTS of flavor, so made sure to only include exciting, high-impact recipes.
My next book, Mug Meals, is coming out this March. It's full of delicious, easy recipes made in a mug in the microwave! Since I have two young kids, this idea was also right up my alley!
Finally, I've discovered that I have mild lactose intolerance, so I rely on homemade (and, sometimes) storebought alternative milks, hence the idea for the book I'm working on now: The New Milks.
