Dawn doesn't become a vampire from Victor's bite, because she didn't die, didn't get fed his blood. Victor stops and takes her to the hospital

i have only read the 1st book yet so i can't really say if she does become a vampire or not but yes he BIT her . and 99.9 percent i think she is a VAMPIRE!!!!!!!!!.
