Amazon haven't released the book yet. We have NO idea why and have contacted them several times, but they have not replied back to us yet.
The book SHOULD have gone live for Kindle on Amazon yesterday. We're hoping that it will be 'live' any time now.
I'm so sorry for the delay, but believe me, we're just as frustrated and upset by all of this.
