Sharon Cameron Ah! This is a really good question! I had to think about it. Here is my conclusion: Rene is the great-great-great whatever grandson of Henry, IF Henry's family married into generations of aristocratic pirates with a few actors, one or two politicians, and some good Scottish Highland DNA thrown into the mix. That would do the trick.
