Sorry! Just saw your question now. It will be set in the same fictional world as the Ballybeg series. The idea for the spin-off series is to give myself the flexibility to write a few stories with larger-than-life heroes—a rock star, a treasure hunter, and a former gangster are on the list so far—and perhaps a story or two set outside Ballybeg. I love writing stories about regular guy heroes, too, so I definitely won't give up on them! Thanks for asking. :)
