Is it not Young Adult.
YA refers to the age of the characters and not to that of the readers. Feyre is 19 which I guess makes this book Adult High Fantasy. :) There are some mature scenes but I don't think they're totally inappropriate for younger readers.
So this is Adult Fiction—but so is Lord of the Rings—and anyone can read it if they wish.

It is being published as YA, but would definitely appeal to adults too.
