did Miss Leeson know Dr. William Jackson earlier? did she name the star 'billy jackson' after William Jackson? or was it just a co-incidence??

Dueep Jyot She knew the doctor earlier.Read the story. She talks about the star being far above her.The moment the doctor finds out the patient is Elsie Leeson, he demolishes the callous, uncaring landlady for her apathy in such a manner that the landlady spends the rest of her life recovering from this whiplashing tongue. After that, you read that he does not allow her to be put on a stretcher, but carries her out to the ambulance himself, telling the driver to drive like hell. He is the original unattainable star in her eyes.
Forked Radish There is no insinuation that Miss Leeson and the Dr. knew each other earlier. The premonitory naming of the star was due to a teleologic and telepathic flux induced via quantum mechanical entanglement enabled left-arrow temporal vectoring or kismet.
