Are you referring to his relationship with Laoghaire? His actions toward her were never dishonorable, she was pretty and nice to him, so of course he will flirt. But if you're only to chapter 11, you haven't really seen why people love Jamie so much yet. Keep going, the book is 41 chapters long, and there is a lot more to come.
