My first guess is Alicia, which would be the most obvious choice. She's definitely involved (most likely Jill's abductor) as she never died in Ms. Terwilliger's house in The Indigo Spell and she would have a grudge against Sydney. I don't think it's the Alchmists as they are her current enemy or the Warrors of Light, as they weren't ever really Sydney's nemesis. I wouldn't be surprised if they make an appearance with the whole Master Jameson working with the Alchemist plot.
