1. Not sure when it was listed as #2. It's #12 in the overall Private series, I believe. Though it is the second book based in Australia, the first being #2 - Private Oz aka Private Down Under. Perhaps someone assumed it was another edition and accidentally combined them. Either way, it's fixed now.
2. Covers are added when they're available. I'm going to assume 6 months ago, when you asked, there wasn't one to add.
