I had the same situation from the October giveaway. I sent the publisher that listed the giveaway an email a couple of weeks ago. Although nobody replied to the email, I'm guessing someone read it as I did finally receive the book yesterday via UPS.

That's what happened to me too. Actually, after a week after no response, I contacted Goodreads. They didn't hear anything from the author either but 2 weeks later (or so) I received it.
