What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Jeff Jones 4/17/2025 - I have struggled with depression and anxiety since I was a teenager. Does the way I think cause the terrible feelings? Or, do the terrible feelings, cause me to think the way I do? When someone definitively can solve that mystery, I think it will go a long way towards helping people deal with it or even cure it. Medications help with the worst of it, but it's always there.... or close by. People that have these conditions will be interested in reading that book.
