Allie Mcelynn To Quote the man himself its about a:

"A summit of the world's supernatural powers is being held to try to establish some sort of equilibrium and to get everything settled down in the wake of the vanishing of the red court. And I'm pretty sure everyone's going to sit down and have a nice cup of tea, there'll be a talk, and walk away holding hands."
Rich Van Ollefen Its also the most recent in a long series, if you like wizards, vampires, etc set in an alternate earth (essentially) you will like this. I recommend starting with the first book though

Rick If you have to ask, don't read this book. It's the 16th in the series and relies on the reader knowing a fair amount of backstory.
Serack Check my review below which has a quote of Jim's 50 word summary of the book.
Greg Harry is six feet 9 inches and when his vampire brother, Thomas, apparently tries to kill someone, Thomas almost dies. That's in the first 50 pages. Then there are 300 pages of nothing but malarky. Then Harry finally gets around to Thomas, who he and the author have just forgotten about. He may or may not rescue Thomas, but the book stops.
