Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

E.B. Slayer I had a dream about being in an expensive restaurant and the guy left me his credit card to pay for dinner but the waitress wouldn't accept it. Then he comes back to fetch me and takes me out to his motorcycle where we ride off into the dark wooded area... When I woke up, I told my friend about the dream and joked about the what ifs. I started writing about Sasha and Ricky as a joke.
