Zoe Dawson Yes, I did my research. A lot of research. She is an active Coast Guard member and was featured in a previous book, Finding Nova. According to sources on the internet, like the UCMJ and a personal beta reader who is retired from the Navy, they both would face fraternization charges, her being an officer and him being enlisted. Maybe you didn't realize she was active Coast Guard?
