Not necessarily but preferably. Just don't read the last one first because it will make no sense. You can mix the others but they'll be more sensible if you read them in order.

I'd say yes but I you don't HAVE to. You'll still understand the story if you read them in the wrong order but it just makes more sense to read them in order because each story has something in common with another, whether it be the situation, the characters. Although I would recommend you read the last one last because you won't like/understand the ending as much if you haven't read the others.
