It's now going to be May 2017 (the publisher has changed the date), and the 3rd book in the series will also be published in August 2017. She posted about it on their blog early in November.

Per the author's recent blog post, they reluctantly have to push back the date. IMO, better good than fast, although some would argue that the Andrews team can't write anything other than good.

The authors have just posted that there's a delay on the original intended release date of Oct.

The release date (October 27, 2015) will be missed and the new one has yet to be announced
