Stupid question, probably, but here it is anyway: Is this book meant for older teens? 16-17 (are the ages I would consider older)? I am asking because this was in the adult books list.

BeckBe My local library has it cataloged in adult fiction; possibly because it is narrated by an adult and definitely contains some serious subject matter - or maybe because Merullo's other books are all for adults.
I think this book has broad appeal, from older teens through adults.
