Goodreads asked Liberty Speidel:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Liberty Speidel I get very little writers block, but when I do, I tend to jump to a different project until my mind can clear so I'm always working on something. When I'm able, I like to take long walks at night with my dog, listen to some writing podcasts, and let my mind get distracted away from the problem since that's when I usually come up with a solution. But outlining has helped me not run into too much writers block in recent years. Most of the time when I get stuck, it's more because I'm not WANTING to write. So taking a walk or getting out for a hike really helps me to get settled down again.
