...Waking Up is for the 30 percent of *Americans* who follow no religion..."

It's a real shame. Put me off reading the book, straight away. Makes me suspect that the author is one of those Americans who have little idea of the world outside their country. For a book on something as worldly as religion, this would be a big deal!(less)
