Samantha People should read the actual book first before judging it as a rip off. But you know most people, they love to jump to conclusions.
The Overflowing Inkwell It reminded me more of Jessica Day George's "Dragon Slippers" since the main character in both these novels is constantly working toward a masterpiece to be shown in some royal display at the end, which will save the main from a lifetime of servitude. Dragon Slippers was better.
Sarah You just spoiled Cinder for people who haven't read it yet!
