The book is EXACTLY about 2 mermaids traveling to this one place where they meet 4 other mermaids who were all summoned there by these other mermaids to unite and stop the destruction of their home. It IS a good book, but it has so many facepalm moments and has so much foreshadowing in it.

Actually it's about a mermaids journey TO a secret destination where she will meet other mermaids. She only journey's with one other.
