what does it mean in proverbs 21:5?

Moziah Bonneau when a person has a plan (he or she) is more likely to stick to it (not saying there won't be obstacles & trials), but that person will have a set goal that they will want to achieve and they will be successful (not necessarily material wise, but it may lead to that; but success in building character and patience; learning about oneself and others along the way to achieving that goal).
Whereas a person without a plan, just goes with the flow of whichever way the wind blows. You end up wasting a lot of unfocused time. The person does gain life experiences, but if a person is all over the place w/o a sure plan, you invite a lot more (than usual) chaos and frustration and disappointment into your life.
A person who fails to plan, is a person that fails.
