Jake, what happened to you? I've been looking forward to your new book that was supposed to be out January, 2015. Not a peep out of you, and nothing new for 2015. Are you still writing? Are you OK.? - A concerned fan really wants to know. Please, you've rapidly become one of my all-time favorite writers, and I miss your humor and your insight.
