Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Luanne C. Brown I am currently working on a book, "My Brother's Keeper" about a teen-age boy, Issaac who realizes his younger brother is actually a Sasquatch. The idea came to me several years ago when we were driving to the Oregon coast via the Hoquiam. The countryside has particular feel of mystery about it and in the morning mist, I imagined a woman picking up a squalling infant from the forest floor and swaddling it in s hand-woven shawl. When she took a closer look at the baby's face, she realized that it was a baby sasquatch.
