Is there anyone who won this during the October 8, 2014 listing who may be able to help? I'm just wondering if the winners from that day recieved their copies or if I should mark it as "read" and one star it as GR's suggests to do for first reads books that never arrive? Or wait it out a bit if nobody else has received theirs either? Thank you to anyone who may know. :)

No you're not alone, I haven't received mine yet either that I also won on Oct. 8th. But I think i'll just mark it as "not received" and move along.
