People have mentioned this title as being Caldecott worthy. It is gorgeous. I believe that William Grill lives in England and cannot be a contender for this award. Can anyone verify this?

Per the ALSC rules: "The award is restricted to artists who are citizens or residents of the United States. Books published in a U.S. territory or U.S. commonwealth are eligible." As William Grill is English, the book doesn't qualify for a Caldecott.
