Alyssa asked:

I've read that this series has Christian tones, but my question is this series clean? Foul language, sexual content, etc.

Robin Yes, it's pretty clean. No depictions of sex, just tangential brief discussions of it. There are crushes and love. The language was pretty clean. Any curse words were words that would be curses in the fantasy world the characters live in, they are not curse words in the 'real' world.
Erin Reilly-Sanders The first book is pretty clean, the second talks about wanting to have sex but no actual sex, and the third has some extremely vague sex. Although the book discusses a religion similar to Christianity/Judiasm and related faith/doubt issues, it is not Christianity.
