JulieLaLa Hi Laurie - I actually started this a few days ago, read till page 100 or so, then finally gave up! I love Martha Grimes, but this book presented too many characters that weren't well-defined (so I couldn't remember who was who), a convoluted storyline and almost disjointed dialogue. Is it because I didn't read "Foul Matter", the first book, that I/we didn't get it? I don't know, but I've got too many other books to read to waste my time with books I don't like.
