My book is new idea which is not widespread, most books related to construction cost is basically discussing the subject from the accounting side , without describing the construction project management cycle to which is not giving the accountants the concept of cost and its relation to the project management, also junior engineers will be able to understand the variety of cost and what is needed to classify and categorize the various construction costs needed to any project according to its hierarchy, My wide and long experience in class A construction companies which I earned during 30 working years in that field drive me to transfer this knowledge to all people interested with this business.
