Lobstergirl They talk about Joshua so much because they love him, almost like a child. Peter doesn't talk about his future child much because it doesn't feel real to him yet. He's trillions of miles from home, already feeling more emotionally distant from Bea, so it's hard for him to conceptualize his own child. I don't know why Bea doesn't talk about the fetus, but maybe because she's growing so upset and depressed about all the disaster and conflict on Earth.
