I am about halfway through the book on audio, but I feel really bothered about the small section she includes about Bill Cosby, maybe 1/4 of the way in. She just mentions he was nice to her and she liked his wife, but nothing is said about all his sexual abuse. Does she ever bring him up again? I don't like the positive portrayal of him and I wonder if anyone else noticed this.

That doesn't take away from the horrible things he did, but her experience was valid. She is allowed to have a positive portrayal of him because that is the version of him that she received. That is something that people don't tend to speak about when it comes to predators, overall they can be "good people", which is why when we hear about the terrible things they do, it is hard to accept. She wasn't minimizing the things he did to the other people, but that wasn't the him she knew...and that is ok. (less)
