A date is not set, but Emma Watson is starring as Kelsea and is executive producer. In her December interview with ELLE UK she said that it's coming along (they're currently working on it).

IMDB lists the movie as "IN DEVELOPMENT" which means there is not a set release date for the movie. Emma Watson is rumored to be playing Kelsea.
