I think quite a bit of the end can be confusing - after Clarice comes to, I wasn't quite sure what was going on with her character, it becomes increasingly clear that hypnosis and drugs were involved. But for me there was still a question of what was drug induced and what wasn't and does this entirely explain her behavior....
And WTF was up with that "making space for Mischa" bull???
Either way, the ending was kind of cheap. It would've made more sense if he ate her eventually
