Goodreads asked Peter Timbrell:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Peter Timbrell Writers block is no more than a break in production.

The worst thing I can do when it hits, is to sit at my lap top and try to force things. So I don't. I simply stop writing for an hour, two hours or a day and go off and do something completely different.

I find coming back to it after a good nights sleep never fails to resolve the issue. If for some reason however, I still have a problem, I repeat the process. I never worry about it, there is no point, the only contribution worry delivers is more pressure.
