PG - it's very well written and while the content matter is suitable for everyone 8 and up, there are a lot of big words and descriptions that may discourage young readers from becoming totally engaged.

PG max, it's a sweet book.

Definitively a G, the book is easy going and fun to read.

G, maybe (very maybe) PG. It's a pretty tame book, without even an antagonist (everyone seems to be very nice and considerate, even the Beast).
