Thank you for your question. There was a great deal of anger, mixed in with a myriad of other emotions. Grief is a messy process that needs to be leaned into and honoured. Grief will keep trying to get our attention in dysfunctional ways until we discover the courage to gently, and in small doses, open up to its process.
