I am about 75% through this book. It is good, not great in my opinion. And it seems to be a clone of Harry Potter, and maybe Game of Thrones? Really predictable heroic suffering/overcoming story of a gifted star. Well, so what? I had a huge amount of reading time last week, and the book kept me occupied, but wow it moves so, so , so....SLOW. Doubt I will read any more by this author, or am I missing something
