To be honest, maybe start with Nine. That's where I started. The Ninth Doctor is more of an introduction with his small set of stories. You don't have to start with him, but I did like his books. If you need the list of Nine's books, please don't be afraid to ask. But most if not all are in between episodes of the show itself. Hope this helps! :)
