I'm enjoying The Book of Candlelight so far. Having just started, I may have missed something already, and need to get a clearer picture of the bookstore's layout. The story mentions a 'ticket agents office' several times, where I believe the coffee is made? But what is this area? A box office? An old ticket agent office that is now used for a coffee bar? Thanks! Patti

Hi Valerie. Thanks for your reply. Yes, I understood that. It wasn't clear how that area was used in the cafe. A simple phrase would have made it clear.

Hi Patti,
It's an old train station so it's the ticket booth for where people would buy their train tickets.
