I have the ebook, you won't miss much for the pictures.. However, they are just a nice little 'girly touch' if you are into that.. It's the content that's more valuable in this book. There are no more than 10 pictures max (+-)

It does have a few photos, but mostly chapter intro illustrations. I think they look really nice on my Kindle!
