Oh my gosh, I feel like I have answered this question a thousand times. If you would look past the sex, you might could listen to the story behind it. It's not just about sex. It's about Christians past, and how Ana helps him get past it. There is an actual story there if you could look past the domination bullshit. And yes read the whole trilogy.
