I was wondering if the Red Hood is fully developed in the comic. I have played Arkham Origins and I want to know more about how the Joker came to be and his second personality.

Red Hood isn't in this comic and yes if you wanna know how Joker changed,what he was and his personal life I would highly recommend it but it might be different from a comic to another....
