There are symbols from different religions, cultures, times, believe systems and mythologies in the book, including Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam and Buddhism. I didn't see any specific atheistic symbols, but you can find secular and modern things in it like firearms, cars or a metro/underground.

Off course, it cannot be otherwise, because all religion use symbols and all symbols have religious meaning. A book like this cannot have anything against religions.

Maybe - atheism is essentially the context to study of religion - if you take on the beliefs yourself you can't study it objectively ;)
