Did anyone else notice how in the book Hell was referred to as 'Hel' from Germanic mythology? Very confusing for the geographic positioning assumed from the plot (is it positioned in America?)

Lenni Jones I don’t think it was planet Earth because it was Midgard, so there wouldn’t be an America.
