Is this book more fantasy or horror?

Melise It is not fantasy at all. But, I also wouldn’t call this horror. This is more a thriller with supernatural elements. People do horrible things to each other, but there isn’t the overall sense of creepy, unexplainable evil that I expect from a true horror novel. I think a good comparison is the book (or movie) Deliverance. Scary and disturbing for sure, but not really horror.
Jessica Ward I would say it is more horror. The fantastical elements add to it, but the majority of the horrific stuff is done by humans.
