Ford is Brooke Parker's ("Love Irresistibly") best friend. Ford and Brooke have know each other since 4th grade. Ford stayed with her family sometimes when they were kids. His parent's household was difficult in which to live. Side note: Love Irresistibly is my favorite romance book/story. Good writing.
